General Terms and Conditions for Advertising on Google

Ad Quality

Ads must be of high quality and must not contain misleading or false information. Images and videos should be clear and professional.

Google’s Rules

Google has strict guidelines for ad campaigns and may reject ads or block accounts that violate these guidelines.

Prohibited Content

Ads must not contain material that promotes violence, hate, discrimination, sexual content, or illegal activities. Advertising for gambling and tobacco is also prohibited.

Trends and Guidelines

Advertisers must stay updated on current trends and changes in Google’s policies to avoid rejections or account blocks.

Payment Methods

Ad costs can be paid via various payment methods, including credit card or PayPal.

Impressum

Advertisers must provide an impressum on their website that meets legal requirements and includes the necessary information.

Example of Impressum:
NoiraTheLabel
Address: Hurksestraat 60, 5652AL, Eindhoven, Netherlands
Email: info@noirathelabel.com

Payment Terms

Ad costs are due for payment within 30 days after invoicing. Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal. In case of late payment, Dewelschutz reserves the right to charge reminder fees and late payment interest.

Prices and Fees

The prices for products listed on our website include shipping costs but exclude any fees, taxes, duties, or other government charges ("customs and tax unpaid").

All customs, fees, taxes, or other government charges for importing products to the delivery address are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product prices. Additional costs may apply upon delivery, which the seller is not responsible for and must be paid by the customer. These include, in addition to shipping costs, customs duties or import VAT as the goods are shipped from a non-EU country (China).

Whether customs duties apply to a product should be checked with our customer service before placing an order. We do not pay customs duties or import VAT – these must be paid by the buyer. Our goods are always shipped "customs and tax unpaid". The buyer is the "importer of the goods" and is responsible for correctly paying customs and/or import taxes and for complying with all laws and regulations in the import country.

Since import regulations vary between different countries, the buyer should check customs and import taxes in their country before placing an order. The buyer is obligated to ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations in the import country upon receiving the goods.
