Right of cancellation

Information on Right of Withdrawal

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days from the date you received the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing or via email within the withdrawal period, stating that you wish to cancel the purchase. Please include your name, address, and order number.

You may return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will refund the full purchase amount within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.
